Maple-Cranberry Sauce


1 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh cranberries
1 c. pure maple syrup
1 c. cranberry-raspberry drink
1 Tbs. grated orange rind
1 c. walnuts


Combine first 4 ingredients in a nonaluminum saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium, and cook 10 minutes or until cranberry skins pop and mixyure is thickened, stirring frequently. Stir in walnuts. Remove from heat, and let cool. Cover and chill. Makes 3 1/2 cups.
