Thick Cream Sauce


1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 1/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. sauce
Dash nutmeg


Melt butter and blend in flour until smooth. Add milk gradually, salt and nutmeg and simmer, stirring constantly, until thickened. Makes 1 3/4 cups thick cream sauce.
