French Peas


1 tsp. butter
2 tsp. water
2 medium fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
1/2 c. frozen peas
2 thin onion slices
Pinch salt, optional


Melt butter in a small saucepan; add all remaining ingredients. Cover and cook until the peas are tender, stirring occasionally.
