Peas and Zucchini


1 Tbs. butter
1 medium zucchini, cut into 1/4 slices
1 (10 oz.) pkg frozen peas, thawed
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper


In large skille3t, heat butter over medium heat. Add zucchini; cook 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in peas. Cover; cook 5 minutes or until peas are heated through. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients.

Makes 6 Servings
