Snow Peas with Lemon


2 c. or 3/4 lb. snow peas
1 tsp. margarine
Zest of 1 large lemon
1 lemon slice for garnish


Steam snow peas until tender. Toss peas with margarine and lemon zest. Garnish with lemon slice and serve.
