Harvard Beets


1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbs. flour
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. white vinegar
2 can (16 oz.each) whole beets, drained


Mix sugar and flour; stir in water and vinegar. Place beets in Crock-Pot. Pour sugar-vinegar mixture over beets and stir to coat well. Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours.

Makes 4-6 Servings
