Egg Salad


6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and coarsely chopped
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
1 Tbs. grated onion
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1-2 Tbs. milk or cream (if needed to moisten mixture)


Toss eggs, celery, onion, mayonnaise, salt and pepper lightly in a medium bowl. Cover; chill until ready to use.

Chopped olives could be added, if desired.
