Carrot and Raisin Salad


2 lbs. carrots, grated
1 lb. raisins
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c salad dressing
2 c. crushed pineapple with juice
1 c. chopped nuts, opt.


Mix all ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve.
