Deviled Island Eggs


12 hard-cooked eggs
1/4 c. mayonnaise
3 Tbs. Thousand Island dressing
1 1/2 Tbs. sweet pickle relish
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. salt
3 siices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Gherkin slices


Peel eggs; slice in half lengthwise and carefully remove yolks. Mash yolks and add mayonnaise; stir well. Stir in salad dressing, relish, mustard, and salt. Stir in crumbled bacon. Spoon yolk mixture into egg whites. Garnish halved with gherkin slices.
