Deviled Eggs


4 hard-cooked eggs
2 tsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt


Halve eggs lengthwise. Remove yolks; mash. Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, onion, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper; beat until fluffy. Refill egg whites. Garnish with paprikia or parsley.
