Veal Delight


1 lb. thinly sliced veal
2 Tbs. butter
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
2 Tbs. chopped celery
2 Tbs. chopped green pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 bay leaf
1 10 3/4 oz. can beef gravy
1/4 c. sour cream
Buttered cooked noodles


Brown veal in butter. Add onion, celery, green pepper,garlic, bay leaf and gravy. Cook, covered, over low heat about 30 minutes. Stir in sour cream just before serving. Serve with noodles.
