Veal-Pork Casserole


1 lb. veal, diced
1/2 lb. pork, diced
Onion, chopped
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 c. diced celery
Buttered bread crumbs


Brown meat in a little fat; add onion and brown. Add remaining ingredients except crumbs; pour into casserole. Top with crumbs. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
