Southern Fried Chicken


2 c. flour
6 Tbs. seasoned salt
1/4 c. salt-free seasoning blend
2 Tbs. paprika
2 fryer chickens (3-4 lbs. each) cut up
Oil for frying


In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first 5 ingredients. Add chicken, a few pieces at a time, and shake to coat. In a large skillet, heat 1/4" of oil on medium-high; fry chicken in batches for 18-20 minutes or until juices run clear, turning once.

Makes 6-8 Servings
