Chicken Macaroni Salad


4 c. cooked elbow macaroni
2 c. cooked cubed chicken
1 can (20 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste


Drain cooked macaroni and let cool. Drain pineapple. Mix all ingredients well and refrigerate for 2 hours or until cooled. Serve cold Garnish with parsley.

Makes 8-10 Servings
