Sauerkraut Salad


1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 jar (32 oz.) sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
1 c. chopped celery
1 medium green or red sweet pepper, chopped
1/2 c. chopped onion


In a large bowl, combine sugar and oil; mix well. Add all remaining ingredients. Chill several hours or overnight.

Makes 6-8 Servings
