Sauerkraut Hot Dog Topping


1 can (15 oz.) sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
2 Tbs. brown sugar
1 Tbs. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. caraway seeds


Combine all ingredients in a saucepan; cook over low heat until heated through. Serve over hot dogs or sausages. Makes 2 cups.
