Salmon Chowder


1 can salmon, drained, bones and skin removed
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
1 carrot, finely chopped
1-2 potatoes
1 can chicken broth
1 can cream of celery soup
2 cans creamed corn
1 1/2 c. milk


Cut the potatoes into small cubes, and combine with chopped onion, celery and carrot. Add chicken broth, and cook until potatoes and vegetables are tender.
Add flaked salmon, cream of celery soup, creamed corn and milk to the pot. Blend all of the ingredients together and heat thoroughly. Do not boil. THe salmon chowder is now ready to serve. Chopped parsley can also be added to the chowder for color.
