Rivel Soup


2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, well beaten
3 c. chicken or beef broth
1 can crushed corn


Combine the flour, salt and beaten egg and mix together with the fingers until mixture is crumbly. Drop this mixture slowly into the boiling broth; add corn and simmer about 10 minutes. Thr rivels will look like boiled rice when it is cooked.
