Raisin Sauce for Ham


4 Tbs. cornstarch
2 tsp. mustard
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. cider vinegar
2 c. water
1 1/2 c. currane or apple jelly (opt.)
1 c. raisins


Combine first 3 ingredients in saucepan; stir in vinegar, water and jelly. Cook on med. heat until thick and bubbly. Stir in raisins; spoon over ham.
