Porcupine Balls


1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. rice, uncooked
1 onion, chopped
salt and pepper
2 cans condensed tomato soup


Combine ingredients except soup: shape into balls. Brown. Cover with soup; adding water as needed. Simmer about 1 hour.
