Pineapple Sauce


2 Tbs. sugar
1 Tbs. cornstarch
1 c. pineapple juice
2 Tbs. lemon juice
2 tsp. grenadine


In medium saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch; mix well. Gradually add pineapple juice, lemon juice and grenadine. Over medium-high heat, bring to boiling, stirring. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 1 minute, or until slighly thickened.
Makes 1 cup sauce.
