Pineapple Cheese Salad
Ingredients:
1 pkg. lemon gelatin
1 c. hot water
1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. crushed pineapple
1/4 c. maraschino cherries, chopped
8 oz. cream cheese
1 pkg. lemon gelatin
1 c. hot water
1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. crushed pineapple
1/4 c. maraschino cherries, chopped
8 oz. cream cheese
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add pineapple juice and chill. Mix with cheese 2 Tbs. cherry juice and cream. When smooth, combine cheese with crushed pineapple and chopped cherries. When gelatin begins to thicken, add salad mixture. Pour into mold and chill until firm.
Makes 4 6 Servings
