Cheese Squares
Ingredients:
5 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. butter
36 slices firm sandwich bread
4 oz. (or more) Parmesan cheese

4 oz. (or more) Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Beat eggs with salt in shallow dish. Melt butter in small skillet. Dip 1 slice of bread into butter; place on work surface. Dip 1 slice of bread into egg mixture; place on buttered slice. Top with third bread slice dipped into butter. Cut into 6 squares; roll in Parmesan cheese to coat. Place on baking sheet. Repeat with remaining bread, butter, eggs and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Serve hot. May prepare, freeze and bake as needed or reheat in microwave.
