Onion Cheese Soup


2 c. onion rings
1 Tbs. butter
8 oz. cream cheese, cubed
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 1/2 c. boiling water


Saute onion in butter. Add cream cheese; stir over low heat until cream cheese is melted. Dissolve bouillon in boiling water; add to cream cheese mixture. Heat thoroughly. Makes 6 cups.
