Mincemeat Squares
Ingredients:
1/4 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. mincemeat
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Place butter in medium saucepan and melt; cool slightly. Add sugar, egg and vanilla; mix well. Stir in mincemeat. Sift together flour, salt and baking powder. Fold into mincemeat mix. Pour into greased 8" square pan and bake for 40 min. Cool and cut into squares. Dust with powered sugar.
