Imperial Crab


1 lb. backfin crab meat
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. chopped celery
1 Tbs. lemon juice
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. seafood seasoning
3 tsp. melted butter
1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
2 tsp. paprika
2 slices bacon, cut in halves


Combine crab meat, mayonnaise, parsley, celery, lemon juice, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce and seafood seasoning in bowl; mix well. Spoon into 4 individual ramekins or shells. Drizzle with butter; sprinkle with bread crumbs and paprika. Top with bacon. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
