Scrambled Eggs with Crabmeat


4 eggs
1 c. crabmeat, coarsely flaked
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 tsp. freshly ground white pepper
1 Tbs. corn oil


Beat eggs to blend in medium bowl. Mix in crabmeat, onions, pepper and salt. Heat oil in heavy large skillet over medium-low heat. Add egg mixture and whisk slowly until cooked to desired doneness. Turn out onto platter.

Makes 6 Servings
