Glazed Carrots


4 1/2 c. sliced carrots
1 Tbs. butter
1 1/2 Tbs. honey
1 Tbs. lemon juice


Arrange carrots in a vegetable steamer over boiling water. Cover and steam 4 to 8 minutes or until desired degree of doneness. Remove from steamer, and keep warm. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; add honey and lemon juice, stirring until smooth. Add carrots, tossing gently.

Makes 4 Servings
