Glazed Carrots


2 Tbs. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 Tbs. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. sliced carrots, cooked and drained
1 Tbs snipped parsley


Melt butter in skillet. Stir in sugar, mustard and salt. Add cooked carrots, heat, stirring constantly until carrots are nicely glazed, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.
