French Toast


2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
Bread slices


Beat the eggs before adding the milk, then dip pieces of bread into the mixture. Melt and lightly brown butter in a pan, and add the coated bread pieces, sprinkling them with salt. fry them until brown on both sides. Serve with syrup or jam.
