Egg Salad Sandwiches
Ingredients:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. minced onion
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
3 Tbs. chili sauce
2/3 c. chopped walnuts
5 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
12 slices bread
Butter or margarine, softened
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. minced onion
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
3 Tbs. chili sauce
2/3 c. chopped walnuts
5 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
12 slices bread
Butter or margarine, softened
Directions:
Mix thoroughly all ingredients, except last two. Spread 6 slices bread with the mixture. Spread rewmaining bread with butter and close sandwiches.
