Dried Beef Casserole


1/4 lb. sliced dried beef
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 pkg. frozen peas, cooked and drained
1/4 Tbs. garlic salt1/4 tsp. pepper
1 5 oz. can chow mein noodles


Cut dried beef into bite size pieces. Cover with boiling water; drain. Dilute soup with milk; add to beef. Mix in celery, peas, garlic salt and pepper. Arrange in alternate layers with chow mein noodles in 1 1/2 qt. buttered casserole, beginning and ending with noodles. Dot the top with butter. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
