Pork Chop Casserole

Ingredients:

4-6 pork chops
1 No. 2 1/2 can sauerkraut, undrained
2 Tbs. brown sugar
1 apple, chopped

Directions:

Brown chops. Place chops in bottom of casserole dish. Spread kraut and liquid over chops. Sprinkle with brown sugar and apples. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Add 1/4 c. water at a time during baking if needed.

Makes 4-6 Servings
