Turkey Casserole
Ingredients:
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
2 c. chopped turkey or chicken
2 c. cooked noodles
1/4 c. chopped red pepper
1 Tbs chopped parsley
2 Tbs. buttered bread crumbs
1 small can sliced mushrooms

Directions:
In 1 1/2 qt. casserole blend soup and milk. Add remaining ingredients except bread crumbs. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top. Bake at 375 for about 30 minutes.
