Scrambled Eggs with Ham


4 eggs
1 Tbs. milk
Salt and pepper
1/2 c. cooked ham, diced
1 Tbs. butter


Beat eggs, milk and seasonings until frothy. Add ham and mix in. Melt butter in frying pan, pour in mixture, and over slow heat, stir until set.

Makes 2 Servings
