Cream Dressing

Ingredients:

1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. powdered sugar
Dash of pepper
1 Tbs. flour
1 tsp. butter
1 egg yolk
1/3 c. vinegar
1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped

Directions:

In double boiler, over hot, but not boiling water, beat mustard, salt, sugar,pepper, flour and butter. Add egg yolk and vinegar and continue beating until mixture thickens. Remove from heat. When cool, fold in whipped cream. This dressing may be served with any vegetable, meat or green salad.
