Corn Pudding


2 c. corn
2 Tbs. butter
1 1/2 Tbs flour
1 c. milk
1 Tbs. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs


Melt butter in saucepan, add flour. Add milk and bring to a boil. Stir constantly. Add corn, sugar, salt and pepper. Heat thoroughly. Remove from heat and add beaten eggs. Place mixture in baking dish and top with crumbs. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
