Coconut Pecan Frosting

Ingredients:

1 c. sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. butter
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

In medium saucepan, combine sugar, milk, butter and eggs. Cook over medium heat until mixture starts to bubble, stirring constantly. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cool until of desired spreading consistency. Frosts 2-layer or 13x9" cake.
