Coconut Custard Pie


2 eggs, beaten
1 c. molasses - white or dark
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbs.flour
2 Tbs. melted butter
1 c. coconut


Mix together all the ingredients and pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake the pie at 450 for 15 minutes. Reduce the heat to 350 and bake it for 20 to 30 minutes longer.
