Clam Chowder


1 med. stalk celery
3 med. onions
2 c. diced potatoes
6 or 8 chopped chowder clams
1/2 c. butter
4 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 qt. milk
salt to taste


Cook celery and onions in a little water. Add potatoes; cook until soft. In separate pan, bring clams and butter to boil. Add vegetable mixture, with water, to cooked clams. Add eggs, milk ans salt. Heat. Do not boil.
