Chocolate Icing


3 Tbs. margarine or butter
2 Tbs. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbs. cocoa
1 1/3 cups confectioners sugar


Mix all ingredients except confectioners sugar. Stir in half of the sugar. Beat
well. Stir in rest of the sugar, as needed, to make an icing that will stay on cake and spread well. Put on cooled cake.
