Barbecue Sauce


1 14 oz bottle hot-style ketchup
3 Tbs. vinegar
2 tsp. celery seed
1 clove garlic, halved


Combine ketchup,vinegar, celery seed, and garlic. Refrigerate, covered, for several hours. Remove garlic. Use to base hamburgers or beef during last 10 minutes of barbecuing. Makes about 1 1/2 cups sauce.
