Rhubarb Sauce



Combine 3 cups of chopped rhubarb, 1/2 to 3/4 cup sugar, according to taste, and 1/4 cup water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer about 5 minutes, covered, until rhubarb is soft.
