Baked Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients:
4 med. potatoes, cooked
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. grated strong Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Mash potatoes with mayonnaise, sour cream, milk,eggs and mustard. Spoon into greased ovenproof dish and top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 to 30 min. Serve with roasts or chops.
