Zucchini-potato Bake
Ingredients:
5 med. potatoes
2 onions
2 c. zucchini
4 slices Swiss cheese
1/4 c. butter
1 c. grated Swiss cheese

1 c. grated Swiss cheese
Directions:
Slice potatoes thin and place in greased baking dish.Slice onions thin and place on top of potatoes. Slice zucchini and place on top. Sprinkle grated cheese between layers. Dot with butter, and salt and pepper to taste. Cover tightly and bake at least 45 min. at 350. Place sliced cheese on top and return to oven only long enough to melt the cheese before serving.
