Turkey Mashed-Potato Pie
Ingredients:
1 can chicken gravy
2 c. diced cooked turkey
1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, undrained
1/4 c. sliced pimiento-stuffed olives
Salt and pepper
4 servings instant mashed potatoes
Chopped parsley

Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients. Bring to boil; season with salt and pepper. Put in 9" pie pan. Prepare potatoes according to pkg. directions and spoon onto turkey. Bake at 425 for about 20 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
