Tortellini Soup


2 cans (14 1/2 oz. each) chicken broth
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 medium carrot, sliced
1 stalk celery, sliced
1/2 c. frozen cheese filled tortellini
1 tsp. fresh parsley or 1 tsp. dry parsley


In saucepan mix broth, pepper, carrot and celery. Over medium-high heat, heat to a boil. Add tortellini. Cook over medium heat 15 minutes or until tortellini is done. Stir in parsley.
