Swiss Chard Bake


2 lbs. fresh Swiss chard or spinach
1 can water chestnuts, drained and thinly sliced
1 can condensed cream of celery soup


Cover and cook greens with just the water that klings to them; Swiss chard 15 to 20 minutes, spinach 3 to 10 minutes. Chop and drain completely. Place Swiss chard in ungreased baking dish, 10x6x1 1/2". Arrange water chestnuts on Swiss chard; spread soup over top. Cook uncovered in 350 oven until hot, 25 to 30 minutes.
