Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients:
1 lb. medium mushrooms
Butter
8 oz. soft cream cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbs. chopped green onion

Directions:
Remove mushroom stems; chop enough stems to make 1/2 cup. cook mushroom caps in butter 5 minutes. Combine cream cheese and Parmesan cheese, mixing until well blended. Add chopped stems and onion; mix well, Fill caps; broil until golden brown. Makes about 2 1/2 doz.
