Spicy Meatballs


1 lb. ground chuck
2 eggs
1 c. bread crumbs
1 Tbs. onion, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Tbs. horseradish
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Dash of liquid hot pepper
3 Tbs. oil


Combine beef with eggs, crumbs, onion and seasonings. Shape into tiny balls; saute in hot oil in a large skillet, turning until golden. Serve on picks.
